Common Troubleshooting
Cannot log in (Microsoft 365)?Ensure you are using your @powernaturally.co.uk email. If your password has expired, reset it via the main Microsoft portal before attempting to log into the app.
Survey sync is failing?Check your signal strength. The app saves drafts locally, so you can wait until you have a stable Wi-Fi/4G connection to hit “Submit”.
GPS Location not accurate?Ensure “High Accuracy” is enabled in your device’s location settings. If the GPS signal is poor, try moving away from tall buildings or large metal structures.
Customer details missing?Go to the Settings tab and tap “Sync Customers” to refresh the local cache from Simpro.
